A trained engineer, Michael is dedicated to helping his students reduce the stress around the test-taking process. He holds a BS in chemical engineering from Iowa State University and an MS in environmental engineering from the University of Nebraska. Michael has spent nearly twenty years working on challenging environmental engineering problems as a professional engineer.
Michael has been tutoring since 2019, helping subjects understand how to read and answer test problems. He is an expert tutor in ACT/SAT prep and high school math and science. His tutoring style focuses on giving the student a hands-on understanding of the subject, but he is always eager to explain and review relevant topics. Michael is highly experienced in long-duration tests and he can readily communicate the best way to address such exams.
Born in Nebraska, Michael now lives in the suburbs of Chicago. As a student, Michael participated in football, basketball, and track. Throughout his career, Michael has passed several eight-hour tests for professional licenses.
