Bill, a hardworking and dedicated engineer and educator, has worked with students for several years. Having traveled and lived in several countries, he has experience working with students from underserved backgrounds and non-native English speakers. He earned a degree in chemical engineering from Clarkson University and, later, an MBA from Western Governors University.
Bill’s philosophy is “like sports,” he says. “Repetition creates muscle memory and helps the person succeed at sport.” He is aware of the power of dedicated practice along with support from an experienced guide; ultimately, he wants his students to not need his help anymore.
He’s proud to share that he holds multiple patents for engineering work he has created over the years. He can read Korean and, in his spare time, loves playing basketball with other fathers at his child’s Chinese school.
